Cutting board
Clean Properly – After each use, wash the cutting board with warm water and mild soap. Avoid soaking it in water to prevent warping.
Dry Immediately – Use a clean towel to dry the board right after washing. Let it air dry in an upright position.
Oil Regularly – Apply food-grade mineral oil or beeswax at least once a month to keep the wood hydrated and prevent cracking.
Avoid Harsh Detergents – Do not use strong chemicals or put the board in a dishwasher, as this can damage the wood.
Remove Odors & Stains – Sprinkle salt and rub with a lemon half to remove stains and odors naturally.
Sanitize Occasionally – Use a solution of vinegar and water (1:1 ratio) to disinfect the board without damaging the wood.
